Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Three day inspection privileges on guns - with full refund, less shipping and handling charges. All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. NO GUARANTEE IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO SAFETY OF FIRING CONDITION. ALL GUNS SOLD AS COLLECTORS ITEMS. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A GUNSMITH INSPECT ANY FIREARM TO DETERMINE IT'S SAFETY BEFORE FIRING.
Eligibility for Purchase
You may purchase firearms in accordance to all federal and state regulations. We will not ship firearms unless we have a current ink signed copy of your FFL or your dealer's FFL on file.
Layaways
A 20% deposit is required. Balance due within 30 days, unless other arrangements have been approved.
Note: Failure to comply with these terms may lead to the forfeiture of deposit.Trades
We welcome the opportunity for trades. Please call or write describing the item(s), and we will discuss the value and potential trade.
Payment
Stated prices are for payment by cash, check or certified funds. Prices for payment made using Master Card, or Visa are 4% additional. Payment by personal checks require check clearance prior to shipment. We also offer the use of PAYPAL. We have found Paypal to be very convenient and secure method of payment using a credit card while maintaining your confidentiality.
Shipping & Handling
Handgun shipping cost will vary depending on the value of the firearm and final destination. All firearms will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air with Adult Signature being required. Ivory grips will be shipped via UPS Ground Service with a $9 shipping and insurance charge.
